For a “mere” $80, you may be the owner of 10 — that’s right 10 — cannabis-infused dummies. That’s the price some will pay for the right to legally purchase some of the first cannabis edibles in Ohio for the first time. Similar products in San Francisco would cost around $15-$20 — and that’s after prices increased in the state of California after full legalization.
Only two facilities in the entire state are licensed for producing these edibles — impacting the exorbitant price for a product that is relatively inexpensive to make in comparison.
In spite of the outrageous prices, the state sold out of its supply of edibles in a few days.
